Wealth from Waste Wrokshops with Oasis and DHL:
Training Program on Wealth from Waste open to students, teachers and general Public in association with Oasis Environment ACTION group. In which we talked about waste source, types, problems and current scenario with solutions and practical steps. It Zero waste Zones.
Training Garbage Concern Welfare Society trained 250 employees from 7 locations of DHL in Mumbai, in the Waste to Wealth Concept. The program led to DHL including Good Housekeeping Practices for Waste Minimization which led to annual saving of Rs. 1,00,000/- that year.
DHL incorporated Organic Waste management system to daily recycle 50 kg of canteen waste, through bio-composting .
