Green Manager Program (GMP) is an innovative skill development program emerged to provide end to end solution to the most basic need for the survival of the human being- A Secured Employment since 2007. The Goal of the program is to train the school dropouts/ unemployed/ unskilled/rag pickers in Gardening Skills, Basic House Keeping, Waste Management and Soft Skills with an aim that they shall get an honored job in Housekeeping, Gardening, well equipped nursery of their own etc. as and how the opportunity permits

GMP is like a Doorstep school as our training is taken in the local area of the person joining GMP. Every trainee who wants to have an assured employment gets recruited near their residence with all the facility of PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Increment and so on. This program has given them dignity; confidence and secured their livelihood thus helped them raise their standard of living.

GMP has trained more than 500 students from locations like Dharavi, Govandi, Malvani, etc have been trained. 60% of our students are currently work with Facility Management companies like, ISS, Dusters Total Solution, Rare Hospitality Services etc earning a minimum of Rs. 72000/- per annum, 20 % are self employed earning Rs. 1,80,000/- per annum and the rest 20% join our group to explore entrepreneurship opportunities based on the program.

We aim to train 2000 unskilled, unemployed, school dropout men and women by March 2014 in gardening, basic housekeeping, soft skills and personality development with assured employment.
Presently we scheduled batches at Kalwa and Pune.
